Now in our 38th year, Nastics offers classes in pre-school, recreational and competitive gymnastics. We provide a fun learning experience for children of all ages and abilities. Physical, mental, and social challenges await your child in our quality programs which give us an opportunity make a difference in the health and wellness of all the children in our community.
Nothing is more important than your child's self-confidence and safety as we provide a positive and fun environment in which your child can learn and explore. Watch your child's confidence grow as they work through challenges and experience the wonderful sport of gymnastics. Teaching and improving coordination, strength, flexibility, power, listening and social skills, self-esteem, self-improvement and confidence are foundational aspects of all our classes. Our goal is to help your child feel good! We instill in each gymnast the belief that with the proper effort and focus, she can accomplish all her goals and dreams!
Gymnastics can greatly improve gross motor skills and is the only sport that works aerobic development, total body strength and flexibility. The very nature of the sport of gymnastics develops self-discipline, children can set Individualized goals, accomplish their goals and build self-confidence. Gymnastics can improve kinesthetic and proprioceptive awareness, develops strength and agility for all other sports thus giving you an athletic edge. A study done by NASA found that gymnasts have highly developed "vestibular mechanisms" which increase academic as well as physical learning.
VACATION OPEN GYM – Held during school vacations throughout the year, and once per week during summer months. Call 567-0066 for days/times. Cost is $25 for 2 hrs. of FUN! Members and Guests are all welcome.
