Birthday parties at NASTICS provide a safe, fun, educational and “no hassle” way to celebrate your child’s special day.  They will also introduce friends and relatives to a unique “movement experience”.

Your child and quests will receive ONE hour of “quality” gymnastics instruction, on the children’s level, as well as selected loco- motor games.  During this hour of gymnastics, the parent’s responsibility is to set the table, food & gifts in the dance area so that when the children are finished with their gymnastics instruction, refreshments will be ready for them.
Following the one-hour gymnastics, the parent takes over for the next HALF HOUR, serving refreshments & opening presents.  Time permitting; the party will end with a dismissal activity (usually the parachute) for the last 5 minutes, run by our staff, as the parent cleans up.

Because of NASTICS’ high standard of safety, & a desire to give our guests as much activity as possible, we insist on the following guidelines:

• 6:1 student/teacher ratio for pre-school parties / max. 7:1 ratio for 6 yrs.& up (except pre-arranged conditions)
• ALL participants must be dressed in proper attire for gymnastics: gym shorts or sweat pants & T-shirt, or leotard (NO TIGHTS), socks on feet (NO SNEAKERS). Girls must wear hair TIED BACK for safety. Please DO NOT WEAR jeans, or clothing with belts, buckles or zippers. NO GUM CHEWING ALLOWED.
  Leave jewelry home. (Nastics is NOT responsible for lost of stolen items). ABSOLUTELY NO parents or siblings allowed on equipment at anytime.
• To ensure everyone’s safety, there will be NO UNSUPERVISED gym activity.
• Those not participating in the party are asked to wait in parent observation room until end of class **

When booking a party, you MUST give us the max.# to be invited so we can plan staffing accordingly. The week of the party, one instructor may be dropped if not needed, however NOT added.
A few days before the party date, we will call to get a final count, BD child’s’ T-shirt size, & answer any questions.
A faxed copy of attendance list is requested prior to party so that nametags may be made ahead of time. [Fax#-472-1666]

FEE INCLUDES:
ONE & ½ Hours “exclusive” gym reservation.- (one hour on equipment, followed by ½ hour party time in dance area-when refreshments are served & supplied by parent AND presents are opened).
Each PARTICIPANT receives: a NASTICS helium balloon * BIRTHDAY CHILD receives: a NASTICS T-Shirt (a gift from us)
Birthday invitations supplied (pick up at the office)

• $50 DEPOSIT REQUIRED to book a party (at which time you will receive your Birthday Invitations that include directions)
• BALANCE DUE IN CASH on the day of the party.  TIPS are appreciated
•  NO REFUNDS for non-participants.  DEPOSIT is ReFUNDABLE ONLY up to 2 weeks prior to scheduled party.
• Book parties at least ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE.  Spaces are limited

Make your party that much more special with balloon sculpting. For an additional $25.00 each child will receive a custom balloon sculpture.
