After several years’ absence from the competitive side of gymnastics, Nastics has ventured back into competition.

  • We have a new girls team and are focusing on compulsory and optional gymnastics.
  • Nastics has both compulsory and optional team program.
  • USA Gymnastics, the governing body for gymnastics in this country has developed a logical progression of compulsory routines with competitive levels four, five, and six.
  • As the girls perfect these routines they compete and advance to higher levels. Levels 7 through elite are considered optional levels.

Meet results and more photos to be posted soon.

TEAM TALK: We are now in our fourth year of competition and the girls are doing great. With the addition of our new team members the program is in full swing.

  • Our new girls will be getting a taste of what competition is like and are training hard.
  • Our level five and six teams are a bit more seasoned in competition and are looking forward to this season.
  • And our level seven girls are rearing to show their new optional routines.
  • With the addition of new coaches Nancy and Paul we cannot wait to see the girls in competition. As usual training is hard as gymnastics is the hardest sport.
