Birthday parties at NASTICS provide a safe, fun, educational and “no hassle” way to celebrate your child’s special day!
Our parties are about having FUN while learning gymnastics. Your child and their guests will develop a basic understanding of gymnastics while laughter echoes throughout the gym! Our birthday parties incorporate QUALITY gymnastics instruction, exciting games, and the unforgettable experience on our indoor Trapeze, 40ft Tumble-Trak and Trampoline! In ADDITION, you also have the option of choosing one of our awesome theme parties to determine the activities and games in which your child and their guests will participate.

We host Birthday Parties for children ages 3 and up.
Student/Teacher Ratios*
Ages: 3-5 years - 6:1
Ages: 6 years & Up – 8:1
*Please inquire if additional children (usually siblings) may be participating.
A NASTICS Birthday Party Includes...
- 1½ Hours “exclusive” gym reservation! Party starts with one hour of gymnastics, followed by ½ hour party time! Party time may include refreshments if supplied by parent, or present-opening.
- A NASTICS T-Shirt for the Birthday Boy/Girl.
- Birthday Invitations (Directions Included) – Received with $75 Reservation Deposit at the Office.
