Nastics offers both compulsory and optional team programs, and has produced many state and regional champions. The
Nastics competitive program provides training in all Olympic artistic gymnastics apparatus including beam, bars, vault, and floor exercise. Our facility features spring floor, Spieth Anderson and AAI bars and beams, vault, trampoline and TumbleTrak and spotting belts.
TEAM TALK: We are so excited to have 7 new gymnasts join our Team Program this year. They are training hard to represent our Level 4 Team at competition in 2012. The girls are doing great and are excited to get a taste of what competition is like.
Our Level 5 and Level 6 teams, with quite a few competitions under their belts, are looking forward to this season. (We are you so proud of them for their accomplishments last season.
And our Level 7, Level 8 and Level 9 Teams are rearing to show their optional routines.
Our coaching staff is top notch.
TEAM NEWS: The NASTICS Team will be competing in the Pink Invitational in Pennsylvania this February. This meet raises money for Breast Cancer Research and United for HER a support organization founded by Sue Weldon, for breast cancer survivors and their families. Nastics worked hard to raise $1500 for Breast Cancer last year. With YOUR help, we know we can beat our own record this year! Stay tuned for our fundraising activities throughout the year.
